2. Where do you ship?
- We ship only within the United States.
- Our headquarters is located in Wichita, Kansas. To ensure rapid delivery across the US, orders are fulfilled through our network of trusted US-based fulfillment centers.
3. How long does shipping take?
- Handling Time: 1–5 business days (Monday-Friday) to process your order
- Delivery Time: 2–10 business days (Monday-Friday) depending on location
- Orders are processed in the order received.
- Tracking information is sent 24–48 hours after shipment.
4. What is the order cut-off time?
- Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT-06:00) Central Standard Time (Chicago) are typically processed the same day.
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM (GMT-06:00) Central Standard Time (Chicago) are processed on the next business day.
5. Do you charge for shipping?
- Brew&Sip offers free shipping for all orders within the United States.
6. How can I track my order?
- After shipment, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- Use this number on the carrier’s website (USPS, FedEx, UPS) to monitor your delivery.
7. Can I cancel or change my order?
- Orders can be cancelled or updated within 24 hours of placement.
- After shipping, cancellations or address changes are not possible.
8. What is your return and refund policy?
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days (Monday-Friday) of receiving the returned item.
- Exchanges are not available.
- Items must be returned in original condition with all packaging intact.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
