1. Shipping Destinations

Brew&Sip currently ships exclusively within the United States.

  • Shipping is available only to valid U.S. residential and commercial addresses
  • We do not ship internationally
  • We do not ship to foreign countries, overseas territories, or cross-border locations

Any order placed with a non-U.S. shipping address will be automatically cancelled and refunded.

All product prices displayed on Brew&Sip are listed in United States Dollars (USD).

  • Prices do not include VAT or import duties

The final payable amount is shown clearly at checkout before payment is completed.

  • Domestic Inventory: All products are stocked in and shipped from warehouses located strictly within the United States.
  • Shipping Locations: Your order will be dispatched from one of our partner fulfillment centers (located in states such as Kansas, California, Texas, or New Jersey) depending on product availability and your proximity to the facility.
  • No International Dropshipping: We do not fulfill orders from overseas locations or international warehouses. Every item is inspected by our US-based partners to meet our quality standards before being handed over to carriers like USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

C. Quality Control & Responsibility Although your package may be dispatched from a partner fulfillment center, Brew&Sip takes 100% legal and operational responsibility for your order. This obligation includes:

  • Product Authenticity: Ensuring all items are genuine and as described.
  • Shipping Reliability: Ensuring items are packaged securely and shipped within our 1–5 business day handling timeframe.
  • Customer Support: All inquiries, tracking updates, and delivery issues are handled directly by our Wichita-based support team.

D. Tracking Transparency Within 24-48 hours of dispatch, you will receive a tracking number. This tracking will clearly display the origin city and state within the US, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery in real time.

5. Order Cut-Off Time

The daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (Monday-Friday)Β (GMT-06:00) Central Standard Time (Chicago).

  • Orders placed before 5:00 PM (Monday-Friday) (GMT-06:00) Central Standard Time (Chicago) may enter processing the same business day
  • Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day

Order cut-off time does not guarantee same-day shipment.

6. Handling Time

Handling time refers to the period required to prepare an order for shipment.

Orders returned due to address issues may not be refunded.

12. Order Cancellation

13. Change of Shipping Address

Shipping address changes are allowed within 12 hours of order placement.

Once the order has shipped:

  • Address changes are no longer possible
  • Carrier redirection requests cannot be accommodated

14. Failed Delivery / Missed Delivery Attempts

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Please note that original shipping was free, but re-shipping due to customer error may incur a fee.
