Return Shipping Costs: Who is Responsible?

• We Pay: Brew&Sip will fully cover return shipping costs (and provide a prepaid label) if the return is due to our error—such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. Please report these issues within 48 hours of delivery.
• You Pay: For all other returns (such as a change of mind or personal preference), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

How to Request a Return (Step-by-Step)
